I recently bought a gateway zh7 netbook without a hard drive the netbook has windows 7 coa/stickers on it but the coa is unreadable. So I ordered the reinstallation disk from acer but when I go to reinstall windows they all load fine except the fourth disk which is the language pack disk. Every time I put it in the drive it is rejected and I'm asked to put the language disk in the drive even though I've done this numerous times. Thinking that the disk is bad I requested another set from acer. Tried the second set but I still get the same results. Anyone have a clue as to what could be wrong?

Either the disc in general is bad or your reader could be off slightly. Take a Q-Tip and a good quality camera lens cleaner and clean up the drives lens, assuming you are not using an external slot loader.
