I'm having trouble finding drivers for an m-6811 emachines notebook. I've got a new hard drive in it and a gig of ram, other than that, all parts are standard, but the drivers that I keep getting pointed to in order to make it work (such as from www.driveragent.com) aren't working as well as possible. in particular, I want to get the video drivers working (radeon 9600/9700 mobility), because any time any 3d program is opened and has run for about 2 minutes, the computer freezes and has to be restarted.

    argh! help!

Any graphic corruption or any lockups in 2D? My 9600 died in my 6807 but it was apparent during boot up? Yours sounds like a GPU heat issue...any issues before upgrades?

    I have an M6810 with a Radeon 9600. I use Drivers from OmegaDrivers.net

    The File name is "rad_w2kxp_omega_2687.exe"

They work great in my machine.
