    help! restoring operating system 7805u

    during system restore with cd about half way through disk 2 it gets error message and stops. now i cant run the operating system nor restore it... is there a way to restore system by using bios? or do i just have to get cd from gateway?? help pls!

    or is it possible to use someone elses restore disk of 7805u? id really appreciate if someone can help me out and upload/send restore disk file...

    The restore disk for the P7805-u's should be universal, so another machines disc should do fine. Unfortunately you can't even ask for a disc on the forum as that is against the terms of forums use................
