    I have the gateway 7915 laptop, and i need to format it. How do you format it? It didn't come with a disk to format it with... I have some virus and can't get rid of it. I am running norton antivirus from comcast and it wont get rid of the virus. help please.....

    Should have burned the recovery disc using Gateway Recovery program thats installed on it. Since its infected try running an AV in safe mode and then burn the recovery disc.
