I have a P-7805u and installed two Seagate ST9500420ASG drives. But they dont show up in hwmonitor, or any other programs like that. Is this because the drives are configured in raid-0. I would like to see what temps these things are running at.

Yes, most Raid drivers dont give out temperature reading. Check if there are any updates though.

Yep once our computers have a raid array they stop giving out temps sensors readings.

It will be with in a few degrees of your single drive set up most times (though both drives will be working more often)

LOL, i installed exact same 500GB HDD's in raid 0 yesterday. Had same question as you :D . What setup you used making raid? What stripe size and how many partitions? Cluster size?
