so i don't know if you guys are familiar with this gaming program called "mame" but yeah i installed it and everything is cool but i have one of those like arcade style joystick and i was trying to configure it to work with mame but it was a no go.

so i hit up Shoryuken - Home forums and was asking them questions and such and one guy told me to dl this program called like a XBCD and there was other files (gahh i wish i knew what they were called but i forgot and deleted them) so i installed them and it didn't work. so i just gave up and don't even care anymore.

but heres the problem, whenever i boot up my comp theres this menu that comes up and it asks me about drivers and what not and if i should disable it or if i should start windows normally. it bugs me like crazy! how do i go about on getting rid of it?

and sorry i really wish i could give you guys more information and sorry again for being super computer retarded. ill try and get more info about whats going on.

Did you delete those two files? Doing a Google search on those two files show that they are required to run Visual C++
