Im sorry, I just used a 8 gig USB stick and setup the tm on that....
I have heard that its a hit or miss on the tm adaptors. I will do some research.

First of all, you do not happen to be running RAID of any sort do you? Cause if so it will not work for turbo memory although readydrive will work......

If not forget what I just said and try downloading the newest driver and follow these steps...

I cant remember who this was from because I had it in a notepad file but here it is:

Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
Locate and then click the following registry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Msahci
In the right pane, right-click Start in the Name column, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.
Restart the computer, enter the bios, and enble AHCI, then save and exit. Let windows instal the new drivers, and restart, then instal the Intel turbo memory drivers, enable ready boost, restart, and your good.

Let me know if it works out for you.....good luck

Uninstall the software. Download the latest software directly from Intel (get it here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2813&lang=eng ). Run the install from a command prompt and add this to the command: -UP . For example: c:\downloads\tminstall.exe -UP . That'll turn on the user pinning console, and will allow you to pin applications into the turboram module.

Readydrive can be a little problematic at times to get working. Whatever you do, don't go playing in the console to turn it on. It's a known bug that it'll say that it's off when in reality it's turned on. ReadyBoost is kinda a wash, but at least with the user pinning feature you'll be able to pin some of your more used applications into the module for faster access.

is the user pinning thing really help because taking off the intel turbo memory my computer turn on a lot faster and programs seem to be more responsive.............but let me get this straight how do i run something in the command prompt i saw ur example but is that how it should be before i install the exe driver or after i install the driver exe

the thing is that ready drive is grayed out i can even click on it so the only option i got is ready boost.....
