    just bought 7805u what should i do?

    I just purchased the 7805u fx, i removed all the bloatware, updated my drivers from nvidia.. what else should i do? when i run css source it runs pretty choppy and crappy.. people said i should be able to play it on maxed.. but it runs such crap.. any ideas?

    Can you roll back to the drivers that came with the unit and try CSS again?

    Just wondering.

    Im not sure? I dont think so.. I would think upgrading the drivers would run it smoothly.. No?

    I've had my P7805U a couple of days now, I have not seen the need to update any drivers yet. I did uninstall a bunch of crap software :D

    My game keeps freaking crashing, and now its doing this weird speratic dots all over my screen!!! , can someone give me a stable driver that works...

    Definitely sounds like a driver problem. Which version of the driver did you install?

    It could be getting hot. Make sure you don't have anything under it blocking the fan intakes.

    I dont know i downloaded from nvidia, I just read that I should get laptop2go, but im not sure which one to download, the 179.48 have the 9800gts in it but its a nvaa and "The definititive nvidia driver" is telling me to use the ns_disp" not the nvaa, but the 185 doesnt have the 9800gts

    By the way, be sure to uninstall your existing driver before installing the new one. This step is very important.

    All my games run like butter.
    I only did windows updates

    I did all that and everything is running nice, I installed Doxs drivers.. any1 know why my fan breathes crazy lol.. or is that suppose to happen? It sounds like engine revving..

    Haha okay, well.. I tried out a lot of drivers and it seems like Doxs is the best one for gaming.. Any thoughts?
