Is there a lock for the touch pad on the FX P7811? If so how do I use it? Thanks

Right click Synaptics Pointing Device in the lower right hand side of your screen..
Go to Properties -> Device Settings -> Click Synaptics TouchPad V6.3 and click Disable..
Only way I know of doing it.. -
I like Dell's software that disables the touchpad if a USB mouse is detected. Why can't we have that option?

Someone posted them in one of the big threads, or you can google it if you're feeling lucky. -
Er, not sure if you're still looking for it, but check my sig. I assumed you wanted to "turn" it off when you plug in a USB mouse

Thanks, works great with my P-FX and my MOGO x54 media bluetooth mouse. So it's not just limited to an external usb mouse.
What a great solution for those who don't have a hardware disable button.
