    well i opened up my brand new laptop out of the box but i don't know how to get adobe flash player to run or download mozilla firefox it doesn't let me, googling didn't help can anyone help me step by step please?

    what exactly are you trying to do?
    - install flash?
    - install firefox?
    - install flash in firefox?

    i just opened up the laptop from its box one hour ago and didn't do nothing yet im clueless.. yet frustrated

    edit: worked for some reason when i restarted the computer it lets me watch youtube now, and install steam yess =D

    everything works now, can mod please delete this thread. thank you.

    Actually you should leave this thread as is ... so if someone else ran into this fluke ... can see a reboot solved the problem. Just a suggestion!
