    memory issue

    i just did a clean install to hopefully free up some memory but when i go into task manager its says i have like less then 100 an like 2500 cached is that good and is there an thread thats has vista tweaks in it?

    Vista uses the empty RAM to pre-load commonly used apps so they start faster, you need to count the 2500MB cached as free.

    For reference, my desktop, at this moment has 38MB free, and 1431MB cached (I only have 2GB total), so the system is actively using 579MB.
