    memory stick reader no longer working on m6811

    My memory stick reader was working fine until yesterday.
    Now when I put a memory stick in the first three memory card drives will show up in My Computer and it hangs on trying to detect the fourth drive which is the memory stick drive.
    This memory stick works fine in other devices.
    Any ideas?

    Maybe it has a build up of dust over the metal contacts try cleaning the laptop and see if that helps.
