I was given an old 7110GX by my Father and until recently it ran fine. 2 months ago however the M/B died. I looked online and found a M/B for a 7410 which the co. assured would work in my chassis. The primary difference is my old board had the ATI Radeon express 200 and the new one has the mobility 9600. I had it installed by a local tech and upon firing it up I noticed the video is sluggish, particularly while scrolling up or down on a web page. I have been told it is a driver problem. The vendor told me the drivers I needed were on Gateways site and to download and install them. However after booting to safe mode and deleting the previous drivers the setup starts and then tells me I don't have the hardware needed for the driver I'm trying to install. needless to say this has been frustrating.

P.S. When I ran the open GL feature of Everest, open GL 1.1 is 100% open GL 1.2 is 12% and out of the long laundry list of possible supported features only 3 show as being supported
