This laptop is by far the best purchase I have ever made. Not only is it cheap in price. It's a great looking laptop. The 1 thing you do HAVE to do to it right out of the box is put in two 512 sticks of ram. Once done this laptop performs honestly like something you have paid 2 grand for. Im stunned at how well it runs. I can run 5 heavy applications at once, and there is no lag whatsoever, for the price this laptop is unbeatable, best in class.

I agree totally. I bought mine at a great price and it runs flawlessly. I only added an extra 512 stick for total RAM of 768 which is plenty for most purposes.

Although this laptop does not run hot unlike those HP's, I bought a USB-powered laptop coolor from a local electronics store. It was on sale from $25 discounted to about $8. I use it everytime, and I seldom hear the fan kick in. When I turn off the laptop after it has been on for several hours, I will touch the bottom and, to my amazement, it is only room temperature. So those coolers really do work. I would recommend it to all users.
