    okay this sucks i de-partitioned my backup and put windows xp Pro
    and then realizin what i did found every driver for this system i could, BUT for some reason no matter where i look or what tech i talk to nobody can find the correct driver or im just not doing the right thing,
    in my device manager its listed with a question mark and says network controller
    and ive tried broadcom drivers from a tech a gateway but it didnt want to install the hardware sooo anybody by chance that still has the backup partition that can send me a link or driver for this laptops wireless card PLZZ
    oh and my laptop radio button is on just if u guys also wanted to know

    You still need this resolved? If so, according to Gateway's product specifications, you have the intel 2200BG wireless integrated... from intel's website, you can download the drivers here. You just have to pick which OS you want the drivers for.
