    I dont know if it this an issue but when my battery is 100% charged the adapter starts to do a noise not too loud but it does..... so whats goin on:??? :eek:

    A couple of guys have complained about noise. Mine is quite but gets really hot after 2 hours of F.E.A.R. Extraction Point. If you have any concerns call Gateway and they may change it out.

    These are "switching" power supplies so they do make a hum or buzz at times.
