    my laptop keep freezing

    i have a gateway M-6864FX laptop

    Ati Mobility radeon hd 2600

    core 2 duo 2.00ghz

    4 gigs ram


    when i play games like call of duty mw 2

    and farcry 2 and many other games (not all games)

    my laptop freez in the middle of the game and some times it gives me blue screen and says ''hardware malfunction '' system halted '' call your
    hardware vendor


    the problem is i dont have a gateway shop here , cuz i am not in usa

    , anything i can do to fix it ?






    I CLEAND THE FAN

    I LOWERED THE GAME RESOLUTION

    I INSTALLED WINDOWS 7

    I CHANGED TO THE LATEST DRIVERS




    STILL THE SAME , NOTHING CHANGED , BUT IN WINDOWS 7 I HAVE LESS FREEZES , PLESE HELP ME GUYS .
