Just received this update notice from MS:" nVidia Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, WDDM1.2, ......(More but not visible on my screen)...+ nvidia GeForce 9800".

Anyone know what it does. I will not install it until I hear back. I don't want to fix something that isn't broken.

Windows Display Driver Model, This supports Direct X, with 1.2 bringing support up to DX 11.1. If you are on a recent diver version you MAY NOT need this.

I also had problems with the latest Nvidia 340.11 don't install this version. I did so and it messed up my codec for WMP so I reimaged back to 340.52. This happened to my desktop so I am holding off for my laptop that has Nvidia GPU and waiting for the version after that.
