    ok this is getting ridculous
    if i minimize the game the fans boot up
    but while im playin they arent even moving

    do i have bad sensors in my fans?
    this only happens in some games
    will the xfastest driver 185.20 do better than the latest nvidia driver?

    If only on certain games, I would check and see if there are any patches for them first.

    Vista? I personally leave the drivers alone, until they are being picked up via updates, or direct from Gateway.

    nvm i think i found the problem and it sounds weird
    the games were running windowed and i guess my gpu didnt know what to do

    so i decided to run them full screen and what do u kno
    the fans are on full blast
