I have a problem with watching anime online fullscreen at this one site. Its freezes on me when i fullscreen but the sound still play. If i go back to original screen it plays normally. I can't seem to get crunchyroll anime stream to full screen. I can watch any other youtube, mega etc stream fine thought.

what u should try to do is let the whole video load first then play it in full screen.....if that doesn't work then try it full screen let it load then play........

When the video is playing in normal mode (not fullscreen), right click on the video, go to settings, and whatever you have besides “Enable Hardware Acceleration”, do the opposite. If it’s enabled, disable it and vice versa.
Than try different browsers and than if that doesnt work go to your settings, and enable 16-bit color mode. Finally, make sure you video card drivers are up to date.

which web browser are you using? firefox, internet explorer, opera?

i went to that site myself and tried playing something and it worked fine on every codec setting (i didnt try the 480p because i dont want to sign up for anything lol) i use the latest firefox. i suspect this could be an issue with your codec settings. what i would recommend is to erase an codecs and codec packs you may have installed on your computer and download the combined community codec package also know as cccp.
