I like the slide volume controller on the dash, but it changes the volume way too slow. It takes forever to turn the volume up or down. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the sensitivity?

do you just put your finger on the plus sign to turn it up? if so thats why it takes forever. what i do on my 7805 is slide my finger somewhat slowly across it starting from the metal where the minus sign is all the way across past the plus sign. do this like 6-7 times and you can go from 0% to 100%. im sure you can adjust it with a registry entry though i dont know which one or where in the registry it is.

yeah, 6 to 7 times is a lot for me. i want to go from 0 to 100% in two swipes. maybe even one. I could do fine tuning with the mouse and the volume control in the taskbar

Its a Windows thing. I thought it was a sensitivity thing but on Linux (Ubuntu 9.10) its way more sensitive.
