Hello, I tried looking for other threads on this forum but I couldnt find one.

I was wondering how I could get the audio working on my TV using the hmdi out... all i see in the playback tab is Speakers and (SPDIF)... from reading other threads it seems there has to be a hdmi choice is that correct? (I do have disabled devices showing)

any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you

in the audio playable tab right click and enable inactive devices then chose the hdmi as default. start you video playback application only after you do this.
