if i install a WD 120 BEVS in raid 0 along with my stock WD 320 BEVS, will i see the same performance increase as 2 x WD 320 BEVS in raid 0 ?

Seems that this is a 5400 RPM drive compared to the stock drive at 7200 RPM, so I don't think it would perform as well as a second 7200 RPM drive would.
That's not really the biggest problem in this configuration though. With a 120Gig drive in a Raid 0 configuration with a 320 Gig drive you will loose 80 Gig of space. With Raid 0, your space is determined by the smallest of the drives in the configuration - so you would end up with 240 Gig of space. Your best bet is to get another 320Gig drive for a total of 640Gig in a Raid 0 configuration. Same as stock drive can be had for 89.99 at newegg. -
If you raid drives with diff specs u will end up with a raid array with the worst specs of each drive. aka a 7200rpm drive would essentially slow to a 5400rpm and your 320gb drive would only show 120gb for a total of 240gb... you're stock drive is even bigger than that. LOL
