    from 1gb 9800m gts to 280m gtx..
    how much difference will it make? like 10%? 15%?
    for gaming i mean..

    from 9800m-gtx to gtx 280m? i'd say 15% is conservative, 20% reasonable, 25% everybody's dream.

    Edit:Ranger seems more up to date on this one. i stopped following nvidia for a little.

    30-50% is a pipe dream, I'm not giving it more the 20% and that's for GTS to GTX280M.

    i c.. i thought so.. like 20% at max.. jeeze.. that's not much.. it's nowhere near gtx 295 level.. sigh..

    how about 9800m gts to 260m gtx? like 10% at max?

    the GPU cant be upgraded what-so-ever, and its not worth the upgrade to a new laptop. These cards havent even been released you should wait until there are proper benchmarks released instead of relying on our guesses, which may or may not be right.
