    since montevina is just around the corner, i just wanna ask all you humble people who are frequent here on NBR is if theres gonna be a montevina refresh on the FX line of gateway?and if when?thanks

    After noticing on Gateway's website that only the two lower end P-172 were listed I called them up to ask what was going on. I was told that the other models had just sold out and the new P-173 would be arriving in a couple weeks. The rep told me to eye the website for the next couple days and they should be up, no price change. He ran through the notes and only changes that stood out were a new screen and a tray load drive is replacing the slot load. Hopefully someone else can advise better. I asked about the processor and its still a T8300.
