    Hi All.

I got a little scratch on the plastic bevel area. I removed it with DVD scratch repair fluid, but I can't get rid of the minor wipe marks that were left behind. They're really only seen in certain angles, but since it's a self-inflicted blemish, I'm a little annoyed :(.

Has anyone tried to remove scratches from their laptop successfully? I imagine it's pretty close to doing the same with an ipod. I read that automotive plastic polish might work. (Specifically, I'm looking at the Mother's brand.)

    thanks in advance,

    Frank

tried the car polish scratch remover thing on my cell phone, which is made of some kind of plastic fiber glass similar to the material used for laptops, doesn't seem to work. I guess it's just for scuff marks or something but I still have the scratch.
