I no x-spert but sounds like your battery may not be producing sufficient power. Can't say I've ever heard of it before.

Good news, it still gives you 10 minutes - like a UPS. I always have mine on AC anyway. But yep it's not right. Warranty time?

When you say freeze, I assume you mean that the last image you had on the screen is still there and you can't type, move the mouse, etc. If so, those kinds of freezes are hard to diagnose. It could almost be anything. Drivers, heat, memory, power, etc. How long have you had the computer; did you install quite a bit of apps; did you run HWMonitor to check the temps; have you tried reseating the memory?

Also, what did you do recently before it happened? If it was a program install, did you try to do a checkpoint restore? And does it happen everytime you do the same thing (i.e. listen to music?)

So you still haven't said what your temps are. Try using HWMonitor

    http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php

And the freezing happens EVERY time you play music and after exactly 10 mins?

I hope this isn't a dumb response but did you try disabling the sleep function in power management when in battery mode?

yeah i did that a long time ago... its weird tho since i posted this it hasn't done it again but it did do it three or four times before i made this thread.... could any one think of a reason for it to do this because of me changing it to raid0 that's the only thing i can think of...
