I have a Western Digital Scorpio Blue 320 and i need more storage.
is it worth going for Western Digital Scorpio Black 500 or just buy the blue 620.

what i'm concern is the heat and some are saying that the 500 black heats up a lot

I recommend getting the Coolermaster Notepal U3 and putting a fan under the hard drive bay. You should be fine after that. Besides, these drives use like 1W idle, so an extra drive wouldn't make much of a difference as long as one is always idling.
