    Hi friend, do I need to update BIOS ??
    I'm using Gigabyte B250m D3H, which is providing BIOS updates nearly every month. From alpha to beta to stable..
    Should I flash BIOS? Update it?

    If your machine work as intended, why change something that works? New isn't always better. And if you still want... Don't be a Guinea Pig. Hit up all info about changes and eventually problems before you flash it.
