Pretty sure it actually is the same chassis. Gigabyte has used Clevo units in the past, so it would make sense.

The internal board is actually both the same as the only difference i can see is the clevo has 1 extra pipe

Probably directly manufactured by Clevo for Gigabyte then, they did the same back with the P27 I'm pretty sure.
