Okay so I have a kind off stupid question.
I know dual cores have core speeds and Front bus speeds .. But, lets say my cpu had 2.2 Ghz, and my FBS is 800 mhz, does this mean i have 3 ghz in total? or do i just look at the highest (in this case 2.2) and take that as my cpu speed?
Also is i have 'dual' core, does this mean i have 2 cores running at 2.2?

2.2GHz is the CPU Speed. Since its dual core, so each core has a maximum frequency of 2.2GHz.
FSB is 800MHz, or to be precise 800MT/s. The actual FSB frequency is 200MHz. Because the FSB is quad-pumped (performs 4 transfers per clock cycle), it is rated at 800MT/s or 800MHz. (MT = megatransfers)
FSB connects the CPU to the northbridge (or memory controller hub basically). So faster the FSB, quicker the CPU and the memory controller will communicate with each other.
At the moment the communication b/w the two is at 200MHz or 800MT/s. -

Yes you have 2x2.2ghz. The fsb governs the speed of your ram. So your ram will be running at 400 mhz at stock cpu speed of 2.2 ghz. On a 1066mhz fsb the ram runs at 533mhz and 1333mhz 667mhz. Your total processing power is 4.4ghz.

in your case, (800mhz * 2.75) = 2200mhz -
Or more accurately, since the base clock of the 800 MT/s FSB is 200 MHz...
(200 MHz * 11) = 2200 MHz CPU clock -

You mean your MINIMUM multiplier is 6 (for a speed of 1200 MHz).
