Hello, the description for my laptop is in my signature. I currently have 8GB of RAM in my laptop and am looking to purchase another 8GB. Newegg.ca seems to have great prices however when it comes down to the actual memory I am not sure which one to buy.

Is a cas latency of 9 noticably better than a cas latency of 11? Is it worth the price stated in the links?

Here is a comparison of four options by newegg.ca:

Do you think it is worth it to buy the more expensive one? Also, above all, will these RAM modules work with my laptop?

No, you will not notice a difference in the CAS latencies.

No, I don't think it's worth it to pay $30 more for RAM that will not make a tangible difference in terms of performance. All the modules will work in your notebook.

    Yikes, $10 shipping for RAM!

why don't you simply match with what you have already and buy 8GB more....
