    I'm not really sure, and about to apply some thermal paste..

    It should be in the center of the picture in the area i have marked red , most likely between the 4 screws , one is covered.

    yes that is the same as what I think, also you can see part of the GPU sticking out from under the heatsink. ( look at the end of the heat pipe, it's just there).

    Edit: or maybe that's part of the CPU stciking out, I originally thought that both the CPU and GPU were under that heatsink, but now I think it looks like you have an MXM GPU or another type of removable GPU.

    yes i have an MXM and its located on the left, i know thats my gpu, what iw as looking for was my cpu, which is indeed propably under the heatsink.
