    Helo just bought a new sony vaio vgn-fs315m. it has a intel m 1.73, 512 ram and nvidia 6400 GO 128mb. ok i played call of duty 2 today but cudnt play it on high resolution for some reason coz the game was lagging and porduced like 2 frames per sec in other words impossible to play, wud that be the problem with the processor coz its to low or in the graphics card? also if i buy a intel 2.26 m and take it to some local computer shop would i be able to upgrade the processor? and if i buy of ebay a nvidia Go 6800 would the computer guy also be able to change them round? please can you all reply thanks

    You can upgrade the processor; however, doing so voids your warranty, and you would get more of a benefit from upgrading the 512MB of RAM you have. 1GB is what I would recommend.

    No, you can't upgrade the video card, that is non-removable. CoD 2 is a very demanding game, even for the upper end cards. Try running it under DX8.1 - it would run a lot faster.
