    I've seen Samsung and Toshiba make 5400rpm 1.8" drives. 120GB and 160GB. Don't know who sells them.

    Mtron also makes a 1.8" SSD afaik.

    Span.com has a good list of the Toshiba, Hitachi and Seagate 1.8" HDDs and some useful info about the different connector types. However, they don't list Samsung, so go to the Samsung HDD website.

    I don't think Sony make HDDs. My Sony G11 has the Toshiba MK1011GAH.
