    Hello

Many notebooks with 1066MHz FSB comes with 800Mhz DDR2 memory.
I heard a guy saying that they run at 1066MHz, is that true?

So, what I need to know is whether there is a difference between a notebook with 1066 FSB and 800MHz DDR2 and a notebook with 1066 FSB and 1066MHz DDR2.

    Thanks

If the DDR2 memory is rated at 800MHz, it's not going to be running any faster than that, unless you somehow force it up there via memory overclocking, etc. As 99.99% (maybe even 100%) of laptops don't support such a thing, your DDR2 800MHz is almost certainly running at 800MHz.

Assuming you've got one of these monster desktop-chipset laptops that do support 1066MHz memory, and you've got memory that's actually rated 1066MHz, you most likely won't notice any difference between that and 800MHz memory on the same machine. So it's really just a nominal difference in most cases.

There is no difference in any real life performance btw DDR2-800 and DDR2-1066.
