    hi want to sell my 4gig ddr3 1333 ram to my friend who has an acer aspire 4763z?
    will it work on his laptop?

    Do you mean a 4736z? If so, then yes, it should, although it will downclock to 1066 speeds. I can't seem to find a 4763z... the ones I do mostly seem to be typoed 4736z's, although there are a few that seem to imply that model (if it exists) uses DDR2, while others say it uses DDR3 as well.
