Is there a 14 inch screen with these specs. I'm trying to upgrade either my Toshiba Z40 or Dell e7440 screen to a higher resolution.

You need 4 lanes, yours only has 2.

Thanks, I wonder if the e7450 or e7470 have 4 lanes.

Maybe the E7470, but don't hold your breath on it. Then again is there a 4K 14" display in first place? The E7470 has 3K option ($315), so you might want to look into it.

There is no 4K 14" option as far as I know...
