    Is the 14" screen on the T60 good. I'm only going to be doing web surfing, word, etc...

    yes, definitely good enough for that. im using it right now. 1400x1050 of sweet screen space. the contrast ration isnt terribly high, but you can tell unless you have an 800:1 or something higher next to it.

    I mostly do web surfing, so is 1400x1050 hard on the eyes? I wouldn't mind increasing the text size of webpages, but does that cause problems with page rendering? Does anyone know how the 1024x768 model is?
