What are my options? 4 memory slots would be my dream but I doubt that exists.

    I think the best resolution you'll find on a 14" laptop is 1600 x 900.

Sony do a 1080 screen on some of their 13" Z laptops otherwise 15.6" is the smallest screensize with 1080p.

Strangely enough, I don't believe a 14" 1080p screen exists. There are 1080p 13" screens, however: Dell XPS 13 (optional), Sony Vaio Z, Asus Zenbook UX31A (I believe that's the model code), and upcoming Samsung Series 7 Ultra.

As you can see, your options are basically exclusively ultrabooks, so 4 RAM slots is out of the question (some only have 1 slot).

The new Clevo W230ST is a 13" with supposedly 1920x1080 screen, and likely only two RAM slots (but quad core CPU and dedicated GPU). RAM slots take up previous motherboard space which is why you barely see it even in 15" notebooks.
