Does the graphics get better or does it slow the game a little when u have a larger monitor size?
Is there alot of difference for gaming between the AMD Turion 64 X2 and Intel Core 2 Duo?

yes, i would think that w/ the same graphics card, a 3d-intensive game would run a little slower on a bigger screen, but probably not by a large margin.

as for your processor question, it depends which core 2 duo and turion 64 you are talking about :)

I do not believe the physical size of screen affects performance, it does affect power usage. The resolution settings will affect card rendering, the higher the resolution the more demanding on card. For gaming it is the card not CPU that matters so the difference in brands should be minor.

As far as i know, with a bigger screen-there is little or no difference, unnoticable.... a Core 2 will be much better than an AMD though.

    Hope I could Help

The larger screen will likely have a larger resolution. Larger resolution will affect graphics performance (persuming the two have the same graphics card), the smaller the res the better the frames per second but larger resolutions look nicer.

Also which AMD X2 and Which Core 2 Duo? Generally Core 2 Duos are better but if it's a 2.4GHz Turion vs a 1.5GHz Core 2 Duo then the X2 will win.

What systems are you looking at? Could you post links? Also what do you want the laptop for?

The Asus laptop would have a far better build quality.

The performance on those processors would be pretty close to equal. And the screens have the same resolution, so the gaming performance wouldnt be any different. The larger screen may have shorter battery life though.

In this case, I'd go with the Asus laptop, based on the build quality, since they're going to be equal in most other aspects.

It should be pretty close to be honest. They both use the Radeon HD2600. The Toshiba uses the Intel 5450 and the Asus uses the AMD TL-60.
