I'm getting, or at least going to get two http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231066 for my 1520. I know I need two DDR2 667Mhz @ 200PINs, correct me if I'm wrong. Now I've seen

    DDR2 667 (PC2 5300)
    DDR2 667 (PC2 5400)

Whats the differences in them & does the differences matter to the notebook or no?

Last question is, will the ram that I want work with the 1520, I'm 90% sure it will, but I still don't know (in bold) will be a problem.
