Put it in a camera and try to format it from there.

since i am working at a retail store part time, i tried almost every brand of camera + a few more notebook/TV/etc

none is working, a pentax k200d actually told me that the card was electronically shocked

anyone knows about this a little more?

ps. thanks for the program, i will look into it with my pc a little later

On windows, does it show up in disk management under computer management? Maybe you can format it from there.

Looks like the card is busted for good. Once I also had a MicroSD card die on me after a format. Tried with a couple of cameras and a mobile phone, but none of them could format it. I don’t think it was the format that killed it, it was giving me trouble even before I formatted; but formatting made it completely unusable.

Some manufacturers have lifetime warranties and others have at least 1 year warranty, check if you can get a replacement.
