    Ok, I need one...

    Its been a while since I've made a cooling thread, and since then I've upgraded to a 17" machine. I need something that can stand under a 17" notebook and the docking station (extends ~2" from the back of the notebook). Primarily, I need to cool the HDD...the GPU and CPU temps are perfectly fine for me.

    If I can't get one that fits these size requirements, I'm just going to find a metal box fan and put that under the notebook!

    lol, i used an ice-pack once to cool down my hot hdd, but i doubt that's good advice. It work instantly and quietly though ;)
