    If it's a Sony FZ, it takes PC-5300 667Mhz. If it's a laptop, it takes sodimms.

    The memory you found will work in your system.
    All laptops use sodimm memory.

    Crucial is a good reliable memory manufacturer.
    The installation of memory is very easy
