    2 dimm vs. 2 DIMM. Whats the difference here? Which is better?

    i think it is the same just some people like to capitalize it while others do not.

    the first one is 200 pins, and the second one is 214 pins. Both of them are DDR2 slots, but different pins.

    It's short for Dual Inline Memory Module. So technically, DIMM is correct, I believe. (You usually capitalize abbreviations)
