Hello,
I have a laptop and bought 5.1 speakers. Later, I found out that I can't use 5.1 with E1505. So I went to ebay and looked for external sound card, and there were couple usb 2.0 external sound card. Does this actually work? Anybody tried them before?

That thing definitley doesn't give you true 5.1 sound.
I think what it claims to do it give you "virtual" 5.1 sound from only 2 speakers. I know such things exist, but I wonder if that thing does it well.
For real 5.1 sound I use this and it works fine....

the e1505 doesnt have a PCMCIA slot, so that won't work. A pity, though, as it's pretty small....
2.0 USB 5..1 surround acutally work?
