Which one to choose of the following: A-Data, KingMax, or PQI (all from new egg). Good brands with 2.5 CL are just too expensive.
I am tending towards KingMax: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-155-124&depa=0 I like the fact that they use BGA chips, maybe a little bit less heat!

Hopefully they will run at 400MHz in my system, since my chipset theoretically supports 400MHz in dual channel!

    What you guys think?

I used KingMax in my ThinkPad. No problems yet.

Glad to hear someone tried them.
Do you know if they will clock down in case it turns out that my fujitsu cannot take 400MHz, it ships by default with 333MHz?
Did you get yours according to the specs of you IBM or did you get them faster than you default specs?

I need to do the upgrade ASAP. I am running some mathematical modelling stuff and I am running as low as 30MB of free RAM [ :(]
