I'm currently using the latest Nvidia drivers with my old-school Stereoscopic 3D glasses you get in the cinema :p

I'm looking for a more 'high tech' solution, as these glasses do the job, but leave the colors are faded which is annoying.

I kinda want to buy the Nvidia 3D Shutterglasses, however they require a 120Hz monitor. Although I could buy one, I don't like the idea of having my laptop screen in front of another monitor - which is exactly how it would be since I use my laptops keyboard.

Does anyone know any other ways I could do this without purchasing a new monitor? What other 3D solutions is there out there?

Edit: I'm now looking at the Head Mounted Displays. Unfortunately, so far all I've seen is either 800x600 resolutions, or the odd 1280x1024 - at $12k/£7.5k. Kinda outta my price range :p

If anyone knows any sites that offer these products at a decent price with decent res please let me know :p
