Is it worth upgrading to 4Gb memory from my current 2Gb. I have Vista HP 32Bit, which means it won't see more than 3,5Gb.
Would gaming performance increase?

If your system currently maxes out memory usage, then yes, there will be a performance increase. Since memory upgrades are cheap, I don't see a reason why not to upgrade.
-
especially given you're using vista, you should max out the ram to 4GB. That, and it's so cheap (wish 4GB modules were the same $ per gb).

It may help a bit, but don't expect miracles

What are you doing with your machine? Thats waht matters. Although with the cheap prices of DDR2, maybe just take the plunge.
-
Sure, ram is "cheap", but do you need it?
You won't see a performance increase if you don't go over 2GB of ram. -
My 32 bit see's 4gb's its completly random the number it see's. I would go for it either way its a noticible diffrence.
